I'm in disbelief that today is August 1! Seriously?!?
Clearly a blazer is not really needed this time of year, unless you work in a office where they like to freeze you to death. Or those restaurants that like to kick you out as fast as possible by keeping it way too cold so they can get more customers in faster - no wait ever (that's my reasoning behind it).
Or you just like blazers and don't mind melting wearing one.
